| PURCHASING AND SHIPPING We offer free postage and packaging for all UK deliveries (except the Channel Islands). All the prices on our web site are quoted in UK £ sterling currency with VAT demonstrated. If you would like to make an international purchase please contact us directly. When you make a purchase your card details are passed directly to our secure server. Once your order has passed our security checks we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Please contact us if you do not receive this. You will receive a further email when your goods have been dispatched. We endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving payment. The exception is at the weekend and on Bank Holidays when your order will be processed on the first working day following your transaction. We aim to keep a large range in stock at all times. However if we are awaiting an item or require to place an order with a supplier we will let you know the expected time scale and discuss how you would like to proceed. Recorded delivery will be made by either the Royal Mail or our selected reliable courier. This can be expected within 3 working days after dispatch. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival or they do not arrive as advised please notify us immediately by telephone or e-mail quoting your order number. These details can be found on our contact page. If damaged we ask that you retain the goods and packaging as we may request a photograph or return of the goods at our expense. We will of course replace them free of charge. PRIVACY We are very conscious that your privacy is of paramount importance. All personal information is treated with strict confidentiality according to current UK Data Protection legislation. We will never release your details to any other company. Credit and debit card details are captured and processed by a 128- bit secure server by HSBC. We use your personal information to process and deliver your order only. REFUNDS AND RETURNS We do carefully inspect all our goods prior to dispatch. However if you are concerned that they are faulty please do contact us quoting your order number. We will ask you to return the items in their original box at our expense. We will then send you a replacement or refund the payment as appropriate. If you wish to change your mind and cancel a purchase prior to dispatch please contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail quoting your order number. We appreciate that you may be purchasing an item you have not seen before.Therefore for on-line and telephone sales if you are unhappy with your purchase you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We are happy to refund your payment on receipt of the goods in their original condition and packaging but regret that we cannot refund your returning postage.
